Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the appointment has been completed.
Treatment Payments
Treatment plans such as dental implant or root canal treatment may involve staged payments. Refunds, if any, depend on work already completed and materials ordered.
Cancellations
Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Repeated no-shows may require advance payment for future bookings.
